Volume 57, issue 2, pages 179-362 The first transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES)-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy performed in appropriately selected female patients with renal cancer is technically feasible and reproducible. Longer follow-up in a larger number of patients is needed to establish its role in the treatment of renal cancer.
