C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) is a significant modulator of corporal smooth-muscle cell tone. Available data from animal or human in-vitro studies indicate that CNP is involved in the regulation of erectile function.
The aim of this study was to investigate in vivo the associations among CNP concentration in blood with the presence, severity, and duration of vasculogenic ED.
